Information technology engineer. For the last 20 years, he has been solving a universal problem.: how to achieve a radical and sustainable increase in production productivity. "Many enterprises are implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and constraint theory. And they work — up to a certain point. But they often work in isolation. You can optimize the process using Lean, but you will encounter the physical limitations of the machine. You can fix this problem with an expensive upgrade, but you will find that the restriction has just moved to another part of the system. We need a way to overcome these contradictions and see the whole system clearly. My answer is not to choose a single methodology, but to combine them. I use TRIZ as a powerful tool to create inventions. But I rely on neuroscience for adoption, direct it with the help of TOC for concentration, and implement it in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing and systems thinking. This is a holistic framework for breakthrough thinking. This is not just a theory. By applying this comprehensive approach, I constantly help manufacturing companies achieve significant, measurable results. We are talking about a 20-35% increase in productivity. These results are achieved not through hard work, but through the fact that we work smarter and think differently.
