The systemic competence of the TRIZ tools offers a reliable way for a value oriented human life planning. As you could view the s-curve as a human life cycle, the ethical values and moral concepts differs - mostly depending on the age of the human. During life time one s-curve after another replaces themselves, following the different parameter of values, which become more and less important, e.g. education, family, career planning and the evening of life.
If a new s-curve with another main parameter of value should start, in the first phase often time bigger challenges and problems pop up.
To understand these problems well and to classify them, the evolution-oriented 9 windows help to understand the context and abstract level. Are these problems located and they seem to be easy to solve, the problem-oriented 9 windows helps to find good solutions by resources of the supersystem or the subsystems. And the loop starts again by evolving a main parameter of value.
But sometimes the underlying problems are not obvious or difficult to understand. In that cases cause-effect-chain-analysis and function analyses is the best way to focus the real question and to describe the function (relation) between the affected components (humans or aspects of personality). Solving contradiction or affected SFM help to widen the horizon for new solutions and shows the person the individual learning path to successfully achieve the second phase on the s-curve.
