The International Year of G.S. Altshuller is a public initiative and was announced by the followers of his work in the person of the NGO "TRIZ Developers Summit" in connection with the approach of the 100th anniversary of Heinrich Saulovich Altshuller.
1. Any organizations or specialists who are ready to support the creative ideas of G.S. Altshuller and disseminate them in one form or another may participate in the events of the International Year of Altshuller.
2. The format of the events of the International Year of G.S. Altshuller can be any: webinars, seminars, conferences, contests, book publishing, websites, social media resources, thematic tours, exhibitions and other forms of free dissemination of reliable information about Altshuller, his work in TRIZ and science fiction literature.

The application for publication of brief information about the event must specify: the organizer (head) with contact information, the purpose and form of the event, dates, description, link to the location of more detailed information, the procedure and opportunities for colleagues from different countries to join the event.
6. The organizers of the events of the International Year of G.S. Altshuller have the right to use the logo of the Year of Altshuller, they can receive organizational, methodological and informational support from the organizers of the Year of Altshuller. Events and organizations that were not supported by the organizers of the Altshuller Year are not allowed to use this logo.
7. The Altshuller Year Calendar will contain information about important events in the life and work of G.S. Altshuller, as well as about modern events dedicated to this anniversary year.
