1. According to the decision of the MA TRIZ Presidium TRIZ-FEST 2009 must be held in Saint Petersburg from July 27 till July 29, 2009 at the Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University.
2. Scientific and training conference on TRIZ, defense of theses on TRIZ, MA TRIZ Convention and other events will be held as part of the TRIZ-FEST 2009. Scientific and training conference on TRIZ will be held on July 27-28, 2009, meeting of the Dissertation Council will be held on July 29, 2009 (before noon), and MA TRIZ Convention will be held on July 29, 2009 (after noon).
3. All TRIZ-FEST 2009 events must be organized in cooperation with Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University (SPbSPU) and Saint Petersburg Innovative Technology Society.
4. The following persons are the members of the Organizational Committee for TRIZ-FEST 2009:
