This is a holistic framework for breakthrough thinking. This is not just a theory. By applying this comprehensive approach, I constantly help manufacturing companies achieve significant, measurable results. We are talking about a 20-35% increase in productivity. These results are achieved not through hard work, but through the fact that we work smarter and think differently. Bulgaria gives us a unique advantage. We have a deeply rooted engineering culture that values systemic, reliable solutions such as TRIZ.
