A.Ghin – with a tight of additional vote for the absent A.Timokhov.
The theme of the meeting:
Voting rights, stipulated by the presidium for Dissertation council.
RESOLUTION.
1. To change the rights of taking decisions by the Dissertation council.
To consider that the dissertation is defended, if the number of those, who voted "in favor" constitutes 2/3 or more of those who take part in the voting of the council members..
2. The Dissertation council should revise the results of previous defenses of theses with regard to the rule, stipulated in cl.1.
